A bit of a problem with the loss of mailed renewal proposal, and although this meant I had to start from scratch, the device was excellent and despite being higher than other renewals, A-Plan give far better comfort and confidence. Excellent as always.

Reece from the Aylesbury Branch assisted on the phone regarding the renewal of my horsebox. I had a renewal notice and commented that I wanted to change the value of the horse box as well as add the insurance for any driver over 25. Reece said that this could be done and I am now waiting for the amended documents.

The phone was answered promptly by a real person. They knew who to put me through to to obtain my quote which was very competitive and they answered all my questions concerning cover. Also they didn't try to hard sell me things I don't need, such as key cover, miss fuel cover etc, although they did mention these additional items could be covered

I don’t like to be bombarded with calls or texts and voice mails urging me to get in contact with them! I know when my polices are due when you send out the renewal letters with the quote in I would not leave till the last minute to let them know if I wasn’t going to go ahead with the mew policy! I’ve been with them for several years that should tell them something about me!
