Have used Aplan for years, wouldn’t change

When I called A-Plan on Friday afternoon I was near to giving up on my search for what I considered to be moderately to difficult Car Insurance to acquire at a cost that wouldn’t bankrupt me.
Then Christa Bester answered the phone and she was a breathe of fresh air, simply a life saver. She presented with knowledge, expertise and personal care.
Within 30 minutes Christa had taken care of all my needs and done so without breaking the bank, had explained all in a human manner, and made me question why I hadn’t engaged a broker previously.
Directly because of the outstanding service I received from Christa Beckster I shall be using her and A-Plan in the future and shall be recommending to all.
Christa was a god send on what was becoming a nightmare week.

Reece Bellingham, branch assistant at the Aylesbury branch, was very helpful in answering several queries I had regarding the renewal of my horsebox insurance. People are all generally helpful and efficient. I was surprised by the significant increase in the premium which I felt had been well managed in previous years. I was again irritated by the “ admin charge “ which as usual removed after complaint. I have been assured that my file has been marked so that this does not happen in future.
