All the people I have spoken tohave tried to be helpful and were always polite and patient, but both myself and my husband have struggled with all the messages saying sign this document! Neither of us have fancy phones and are not really IT literate, so had no idea how to sign. Eventually we are both getting paper documents, which we prefer, so we will be able to sign them. 🤞

I have dealt with Nathan and Martin from the Luton Office on more than one occasion and for more than one type of insurance. I have found them to be professional and very knowledgeable about the type of insurance i needed - but without the hard sell that you might get from other companies. So much easier than trying to decifer the lingo on your own. And more importantly they were able to find insurance cheaper than i could find myself. i would definitely recommend!!
