First time I have used a broker. A Plan was recommended to me. I found the service friendly and my concerns and questions were fully answered with patience. Every detail of the policy and related costs were explained in detail. Although they are a bit more expensive they answer the telephone promptly and the quality of response filled me with confidence.

Great customer service, but the initial price of cover was totally unacceptable, like double the prior years cost. When questioned the second renewal price dropped by half the renewal for this year.

I was helped by Reece at the Aylesbury branch, who led me through the process of renewing my horse box insurance.
At each step, Reece was clear, efficient and friendly. I had plenty of time to consider my options.
