After searching online for a Jet Ski quotation who would cover use in Spain I came across A-Plan insurance. I spoke to a gentleman called Will Hayes from the Parkstone office. I am so impressed with his willingness to help, His absolute professionalism and nothing was too much attitude. It was a pleasure to actually go through all the seemingly mundane questions that are needed for an accurate quotation. Will was very thorough and in the end I saved over £150 against the nearest quote ! Thank you Will for all your help, your professionalism, Your can do attitude and refreshing approach to helping a customer, not forgetting saving me a lot of money. 5 stars does not seem enough. Seriously for anyone looking for a great price, Impeccable service then please give Will Hayes a call, you will not regret it.

I received a call from you a few weeks before the renewal date, and was informed that my quotation and details would arrive by post. Nothing ever arrived, so nearer the renewal time I called, and got them by e mail. The cost of the policy had risen well above inflation which did concern me, I have to say.
I renewed minus the legal cover this year, in the light of the cost increase.
Hopefully i will not need contact with you until next year now.

I went with A plan who are a local company with an office rather than the big commercial insurance companies I'm so pleased I did the service and help I received from Harry at the Eastleigh branch was excellent he broke the policy down in sections so it was easy to understand and I have great cover at a good price plus you don't have to wait in a long phone queue when waiting for someone to answer the phone which is bonus
