Our car and some jewellery was stolen. Claire Webb at the Basingstoke branch of A Plan was incredibly helpful and supportive through what was a very stressful and emotional time. The interaction between the insurer and ourselves was closely monitored by Claire and that personal support made all the difference while we were going through the claim process. Thank you Claire.
