The staff in the Epsom office have all been very helpful at several recent visits and have provided a very good service and helpful advice and information. The overall experience however was let down by the telephone answering arrangements for follow up contact today - quite understandably clients may not expect to be able to reach an individual immediately who is on another call etc but there should be an option to leave a message about the issue. Unfortunately the gentleman taking calls this morning was not very helpful or flexible in this regard and seemed insistent on call back being the correct option - rather a shame for the rest of the team. I managed to find an earlier related email message and have emailed instead so outcome fine.
