I was called today by Kevin Wood from the Sutton Coldfield Branch. I have renewed both my motor insurance and home insurance. Premiums have definitely increased but with Kevin's expertise the pain was made as minimal as possible. He spent a lot of time explaining parts of the cover that I hadn't full knowledge of and I was enabled to make a confident choice to cover our needs. As always, the conversation was not only informative but friendly and polite and I thank him for his patience, explaining, so I fully understood what both motor and home insurance I required. My car insurance renewal was completed over the phone quickly and efficiently by Shuber in the Tooting office. It was a pleasant experience (!) and which took only 45 minutes from start to finish including all the mandatory information clauses. I will be contacting him again next year.

Initial renewal quote higher than expected but after conversation an agreeable figure was arranged. Howdens contacted me by telephone before renewal and sent renewal documents by post and by e mail. I am pleased with the service received.

Really nice. Simple service and the representative i spoke to, Patryk was really helpful:). Only just got the van and really haven’t drove it that much yet however I feel that the insurance and other benefits were really well explained.

The usual annual renewal price shock was well handled by the agent I spoke with. It is always the same though - no reward for loyalty, no question of any discounts.
It'll be the same next year - and I expect that renewing my home insurance this year in August will be the next shock to the system. Last year I was forced to go outside Howden/A Plan when their renewal after some years was stratospheric!
