Thomas at Poole Office - very polite and helpful. Excellent customer service, really made me feel like I was important and tried to make sure the cover I had was the right thing for me. Offered several different options for buildings and contents insurance renewal, in order that I could make an informed decision about the detail of cover I needed and what was/was not included. Also gave options on yearly or monthly payments. All our family have insurance with them, as they are always so helpful and give us good value for money.

We have not made a claim through A Plan so cannot comment on their performance and fairness when dealing with claims, but our insurance is comprehensive and was easy to renew. The call handlers have always been professional and competent in my dealings with them. The price of our insurance also seems fair. So far no complaints.

So this was a hard one for Jimmy. Already a satisfied customer the ask was for a special car at a special value and somewhat inexperienced driver, well outside the run of the mill and dealing with 3rd parties at the same time. A Plan worked hard together across their branches to make a great result happen and shows that a specialist broker is the way to go. Thanks Jimmy
