I received notice of my insurance renewal well in advance. The price quoted was perfectly acceptable.
I subsequently contacted the office to confirm one or two details that needed to be changed and this was done while on the phone and resulted in a small reduction in price. I renewed the insurance at once and this was done quickly without any fuss.

I was very disappointed that the agent to whom I spoke in the Loughborough Office, would not initially admit that one of the statements sent out with the insurance quotation was incorrect. I knew it was wrong, but had to argue the point before the agent admitted it. He later advised the quotation was wrong as well, but in my favour, so I let that point go! The Agent was very polite throughout the visit.

Have used the Bromley branch for many years. I like to speak to a ‘person’ and usually it is the same member of staff that I have dealt with in the past. They listen to my requirements and I listen to their expertise. Also I know that should I need to claim they will be there for me. They are very competitive with their pricing.
