Our home insurance has been brokered through Howden/A-Plan/All Styles/TR Youngs since 2008 and they have always found us deals that work. We live in a flood zone, so need specialist advice every year and can not rely on internet deals etc. Howden (and precursors) has always secured us cover and, consequently, piece of mind.

I cannot praise this company high enough, both with a recent claim on behalf of my father for whom I am attorney and taking out new insurance.
So far as my father's claim was concerned I spoke to 2 representatives who were absolutely amazing. They were extremely helpful and pro-active during a difficult time for my family. They really did come across that they cared and nothing was too much trouble. I was also so impressed that I was able to get through to this company so quickly. No hanging on the phone for hours! I am sure if it was not for them my insurance claim would not have been dealt with so quickly. I am very grateful to them for providing such a professional caring pro-active service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company they give such a high standard of service which is so refreshing in this current climate.

Leon at the Tooting branch was extremely helpful, experienced and made me feel like a valued customer. He was happy to answer several queries and options I posed during our conversations, not once exhibiting frustration. I obviously obtained other quotations during my search for Classic Car Insurance and Leon managed to set up a deal that I couldn't have achieved by approaching an insurer directly.
