The original quote was astronomical, once I’d contracted A plan it came back at a reasonable price , This is the 3rd year this has happened and yes it’s starting to irked me , I like to use local companies but ….. this my have to change.

Didn't like the 20% increase on previous years policy when I had not put in a claim. I think the insurance companies are working as a cartel inflating prices

I went into A- plan in Abingdon and was immediately greeted with a big hello from a very nice young man, I believe he was the assistant manager. I was glad to be able to speak to someone in person rather than on the telephone as I have hearing issues. My insurance was arranged with the minimum of fuss and I am very happy as I got my insurance down by £100 from my previous insurer

We have been with A plan for home insurance for about 5 years but this years quote was really high and we found one a lot cheaper but they managed to get the quote down to almost match the cheaper quote so we stayed with them.

Trying to contact A plan over the last few weeks has not been easy the phone was ringing for ages on one occasion a man answered the phone and I asked for the agent who had been renewing my car policy only to be told she was busy and he would get them to call me back . Only to find out eventually he hadn't passed the message on I have all my policys with A plan if this is going to be the normal I may have to consider taking my busy elsewhere
