A-Plan have been my insurance broker for the last 10 years and have been pretty much perfect up until I made a non-fault claim in March of 2022.

In short, I didn’t receive the support I expected from the legal cover I had purchased through them and it took 17 months or so to finally receive my payout.

That said, Dan was fantastic throughout dealing with my many calls, chasing people up, relaying information back to me and trying to figure out what the delay was.

Steve - who I believe is a branch manager - eventually got involved and helpfully explained the situation and did some further chasing. I’m so pleased the issue is finally resolved and a feel they did their best.

I’m disappointed I have had to use a new broker as the service I have received has been truly great. Unfortunately I found a new quote at around £350 cheaper than the best they were able to offer this time.

I was let down by my insurer when part exchanging my old van for this new one, they had discontinued there van insurance policies which left me high and dry at the point of purchasing my new van to get it insured and home. The dealer recommended you from his own experience and from the point of contact the experience was first class and very easy you’re agent was very knowledgeable and after a few questions found me the right deal

There are plenty of staff available to answer any queries, I did not feel hurried or pressured . This was a change of insurance provider so there were lots of new points - but paper work was completed satisfactorily and I emailed later as there were a couple of points I was not clear on . Pleased with the process .
