A Plan have been nothing but fantastic for me, Originally went to them for my truck insurance, decided to do my home insurance through them as well. Now have both the truck and both homes insured with them and have dealt with the same person each time. Emma Stanton has been nothing but a pleasure to talk to, very informative and has helped with everything and keep sin contact via both phone and email to keep you up to date and if I needed to make any changes. Couldn't recommend them any higher and will continue to use them in future

My existing insurer stopped offering home insurance directly to the public so I contacted A Plan at Market Harborough. Polly and Sonali found a really good deal on buildings insurance so I asked them to look at my contents which were also due for renewal. They found me cover for less than I paid last year and most importantly the phone was always answered promptly by friendly and helpful staff. So much better than calling the big companies with their computer generated responses, endless options to get to the person you need to speak to and on hold music. I will definitely be calling A Plan when my car insurance is due for renewal.
