The person I dealt with was very patient when having to repeat things several times for this deaf old lady! He was able to answer all my questions in a clear manner, sent me a copy of the policy very promptly so that I could study it before making my decision, and always phoned back when he said he would. I did my research, the quote was not the cheapest, but I agreed to go along with it because I felt I could trust the person I was dealing with, and the company.

Been with A-Plan for years (now Howdens) and they have always been attentive to our requirements, whilst being competitive on price. The personal touch matters to me, as you'll need it in the event of a major claim. Quotes have been reasonably competitive over the years and whenever we've had questions or issues, they have been dealt with in a professional manner. All in all over the years the service provided has been excellent and the team efficient, and proactive in finding me the best insurance in the market for my needs. Recently following an accident, again the team have been extremely helpful and responsive and the claim and new insurance for new car paid in a matter of weeks. Daniel from the Norwich branch is efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. He sorted out building insurance today on a barn conversion constructed from clay lump with relative ease. Whereas every other insurance company I spoke to (that is if you could find a telephone number), wanted to refer me to an underwriter, none of which have ever called back. If you want good old fashioned customer service, then look no further.

My insurance was up for renewal and `I spoke with a gentleman named Elliott - who was fantastic. He went the over several variations of policy cover with me and patiently answered all my questions - double checked small details for me as this was the first time I'd really paid attention to renewing my policy. I got a great deal nd he was polite, courteous and brilliant at explaining to me how aspects of the cover worked which I had previously not known about or understood. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

We recently acquired a new business premises and needed suitable insurance for our new premises for our E-Commerce business'. We didn't really know where to to start so we posted on a property group we were part of on Facebook, this is where Jesse Lang from Howden in the Banbury Office came to our assistance. He has been extremely helpful and patient with us through the whole process and guided us in the right direction with his vast knowledge in this field. I can not recommend this company enough!
