Never had to make a claim off them, but Katy Smith from the modified campervan team at Thatcham took the time to explain my new insurance quote details very clearly. Lots of inclusive items that other brokers & their underwriters charge extra for. And Katy is a fellow VW T5 enthusiast so she knows what she's talking about. Happy to take out insurance with Howden/A-Plan.

I used Howden Insurance St Albans branch today to include my daughter on my car insurance. She came back to the UK from Israel on a repatriation flight to protect her children from the war there now. She is staying with me and I wanted to give her some extra mobility. It was a complicated ask as she has been living outside the UK for many years but Jon Hart managed it. It meant changing my policy. He handled all the details professionally and with kindness. I did express my gratitude to him and wish to make my satisfaction more widely known.

My recent enquiry to the Shrewsbury office was handled in a polite, friendly, professional and incredibly patient manner by Josh, who went above and beyond to not only answer all my questions, but to provide further impartial advice and guidance in order to choose the most effective insurance policy for our teenage Daughter.
