Hefty annual rise in our car insurance but Howden staff did their best to reduce the inctrease by around £40

I was called today by Kevin Wood from the Sutton Coldfield Branch. I have renewed both my motor insurance and home insurance. Premiums have definitely increased but with Kevin's expertise the pain was made as minimal as possible. He spent a lot of time explaining parts of the cover that I hadn't full knowledge of and I was enabled to make a confident choice to cover our needs. As always, the conversation was not only informative but friendly and polite and I thank him for his patience, explaining, so I fully understood what both motor and home insurance I required.
