A-Plan (Howdens) used to be like a family business, really pulling out the stops to look after their customers. Its now just like any other insurance company, hiking up the prices, with hardly any of the customer service it used to have.

Being well (un)organised as I am, I do not have to rely on my memory when renewal time approaches. Not am I only updated, but the girls & boys have already checked your databases to find the best deals for my needs.
For years I have used Howdens for House & Contents and all my vehicles, the latter being very fluid as my needs change regularly. If research is required then as good as they promise they always get back to me within a few minutes with an answer (unlike other companies/providers, who promise you the world and you either get a pork pie or nothing). Thanks for everything.
