It's the first time I've used a broker and I'm pleased with the process, I recently had a collision whilst not in my car but luckily a very nice man was a witness and took photographs of the car that drove off without leaving details, mathew was the person that sorted every thing out for me, he is so nice and pleasant to deal with, which is unusual for today's businesses, overall I am very pleased with them

Just renewed our caravan insurance, excellent renewal price so didn, t even bother ringing round.
The price they quoted in the renewal doesn, t change unlike some companies who's premium rises the closer it gets to the renewal date. All our insurances are now with Howden, fantastic staff, excellent company, would recommend without hesitation.
