Fed up with dealing with matters on line or telephone. So refreshing to have personal contact with your representative in my local office. Service was very courteous and professional. All available options for my home insurance were fully explained and once I had made a choice I was able to walk away with all the relevant documents - negating the need for me to print off reams of paperwork . This is my first contact and to date I am very satisfied. I hope to repeat the exercise with my vehicle(s) insurance when they become due later this year. Thanks and well done.

I usually hate being on the phone with insurance companies or anything of the like. But I’ve got to say the lady I spoke to (Emma Stanton) made it an absolute pleasure!! She was helpful, reassuring, explained everything in great detail & at times actually made me forget I was on the phone with an insurance company!!

Lewis Smith gave me excellent service over the phone when renewing my insurance for a static caravan in France. He went through all the documentation, explaining everything clearly and precisely. I was struggling to get insurance for my van until I rang Howden's and spoke to the lovely Ibrahim who spent a lot of time and energy understanding my specific circumstances and making my case to the underwriter to get me a reasonable deal.
