CrossFit Shropshire is a Shrewsbury gym offering a leading core strength and conditioning training program. Come along if you want to truly optimise your fitness in a friendly and encouraging atmosphere.

Run by Graham Carless and team - Will Dawes, Dan Breen, Dave Thomas and Carl Aveyard - the CrossFit Shropshire coaches are all fitness fanatics and have been teaching for years.


Graham says: “CrossFit is a training program built upon varied, high-intensity functional movements which provides the stimulus for your body to be constantly challenged, allowing for constant progression; hence, no plateaus. 

“CrossFitting will put you in a “ready” state of fitness…ready for anything, anytime, anywhere, as you will be proficient in many different aspects of fitness.

CROSSFIT OFFERS THE FULL FITNESS PACKAGE – IT GOES FURTHER THAN A BOOT CAMP AND CIRCUITS – IT TRAINS THE INDIVIDUAL COMPLETELY.


This Shrewsbury gym offers no machines, but asks participants to train using functional movements, free weights and bar bells. There is nutritional advice and CrossFit Shropshire runs ladies-only sessions. The gym welcomes complete beginners, with coaching available every evening and there are fitness classes three days a week.
