Andy provided social media training with 4 members of our team. We felt we had a really good understanding of Facebook, so just needed an overview but wanted to look at Twitter & LinkedIn in more detail. Andy listened to our requirements and came prepared so we were able to cram a lot into our training session. We all also learnt more than we expected about Facebook, even though we thought we knew it! Andy clearly has an extensive knowledge of social media and how to use it effectively, regardless of the business sector you operate in.

Many thanks Andy for the excellent media advice I received recently. I am now far more skilled at placing adverts and notices on Facebook which are targeted at specific users, my likes have increased from 100 to over 800, and we are getting regular comments and likes on the page, I find Facebook a really easy way to promote our products and deliver news from the store, and am really grateful to Andy for giving me some very useful advice.

I used Catherine from Key 3 Media to handle the publicity for an event that we ran. She took time out to understand what the event was about and also what we wanted from it.
