You have a wonderful and well trained team. Although Raza and Zane can be singled out for their attentiveness to our needs and delivery of our requirements, all the staff that worked with them and for them were good at their jobs and very friendly with a willingness to do whatever is required. Obviously you invest in staff training and I can assure you that your clients recognise and appreciative your staff skills and it will inevitably result in repeat bookings for you in the future. Well done and my personal thanks to all of those that assisted us in making this such a successful event for our clients.

I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful evening Grasshoppers had last night. We had a great atmosphere, good turnout, good food, good wine all culminating in a very memorable evening. Every minute detail I requested (and I made quite a few!) was carried out to the letter. It was a very special evening for us as a club, but it was definitely made even more special by the efforts of all your staff. Twickenham did Grasshoppers proud, I will certainly be recommending you to anyone I know wanting to hold a function or event. Thank You.

The facilities were high class and good value for money. The food was delicious and the table service was spot on. Rob Brummell the Event Manager was brilliant and nothing was to much trouble. I look forward to having more events at Twickenham Stadium in the future.

The Event was a complete success, the facilities worked perfectly for how we required our event to work. The food was outstanding and presentation was superb. The event’s team was a pleasure to work with and nothing was too much trouble. An additional help in the success of the event was to have the Marriott hotel on site and the ease that was made in making sure all delegates and customers had rooms. We are looking at re booking the event again at Twickenham Stadium again next year.

We thought the staff throughout the entire two days were excellent – it was a great meeting so many helpful, enthusiastic people to work with – we felt we were in great hands all working together to ensure the two day event worked smoothly. Feedback from the delegates was that they loved the venue and the tour we used as a raffle prize worked so well!

Thank you very much for running such a smooth and seamless event on Saturday. We have had some very positive feedback. Thank you in particular, Garry for your flexible and accommodating management of the event on the day. As we run our events on a very tight budget, your advice and expertise is particularly important to the success of our fundraising - in fact we raised a record total on Saturday, considerably adding to the happiness in the team!

I just wanted to thank you both for ensuring that our conference organisation went to plan. We had a very successful evening, but that would not have been possible without your input and indeed those of Carmello and his team (who were excellent). The food itself was also excellent, well presented and labelled and received great compliments. Can you also pass on my thanks to Ian (AVC) - he was also very attentive and helpful. Everything was left for him as requested. Once again, many thanks.

The evening was a great success and everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Once again, thank you for all your help for Friday and I have no doubt we will be using the venue again soon.

It was perfect today and the new suites are fantastic - we loved them..... As did the entire team, very amazed (and jealous) and the staff, especially Duty Managers were brilliant.

I would just like to say a big thank you to you and your team for all the hard work put into making our event a success. We had an excellent event and achieved what we set out to do. The setting was perfect to bring home to our delegates the importance of teamwork and the right mindset to achieve our goals. Please pass on my thanks to our co-ordinator on the day. She was excellent and nothing was too much for her. It made a big difference to me to know she was there and I could rely on her. The Tour Guide was well informed and clearly had a passion for Twickenham and the game which only added to the tour - so thank you to her for sharing her passion with us - once again this all helped to bring home the importance of teamwork to our delegates. I have to say that the catering was outstanding, it was so nice to have something a little different to the usual that gets churned out at corporate meeting venues. Your cookies are out of this world! So a big thank you to your Chef. It was great to meet you and your team and I hope to be able to use your venue again in the future.
