Richmond Users Independent Living Scheme (RUILS) is a Richmond based, user-led charity made up of older and disabled people who believe in the idea of self-help and living independently (but with support if necessary).
Since their inception, RUILS has sought to demonstrate that disabled people can help each other to achieve real independence.
RUILS welcome the development of Self Directed Support and embrace its underlying principles.
