Looks old and in need of an update from the outside, inside much better! Check in was easy very knowledgeable young lady on the desk, room were great, clean and fresh, bath room same. Food was excellent as was the bar staff, will definitely stay again.

Great hotel, great service, fantastic breakfast and all staff really friendly. Have stayed here twice in 2 months for nights out in Preston. Very well located for all bars and restaurants. Great room rates as well and value for money excellent breakfast. Would definitely recommend.
