Gutes Mittelklasse Hotel was von der IHG betrieben wird. Es müsste renoviert werden Wasserdruck in der Dusche sehr wenig. Frühstück nicht besonders gut. Man will auf die Umwelt achten es wird aber alles einzeln verpackt auf das Büffet gelegt. Service war nicht sehr aufmerksam im Frühstücks Bereich.

Great. Clean hotel with central location. Friendly staff, especially in the breakfast room. Steven and Josie exceptionally friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay at this place next time we're in Preston.

I was staying in Preston for a photography workshop I was delivering at Harris Museum and Art Gallery.
The hotel is walking distance from the train station , The Harris and the town centre, which was ideal for me.
I was greeted by friendly staff, who were happy to assist with queries throughout my stay.
The room was comfy with a decent sized tv, hairdryer , iron board etc. The sockets also have usb connections so you can plug your phones straight in without a plug, who hasn’t forget a plug before!?
Breakfast is always a big one for me, so glad to say they have proper eggs, not only the instant scrambled looking stuff many have, but proper fried eggs 🙌🏾🙌🏾.
It was also good to see they had implemented putting some of the open items into separate food bags, so bread was in bags of two slices, and pastries and cakes were in individual bags also. Even before covid I had always thought it so unhygienic to have all this stuff open for everyone to talk over and breathe on!
Breakfast had a very good range with full English choices, cold meats and yoghurts, cereals, pastries, hot and cold drinks (including cranberry which not all hotels have). The breakfast room and bar is very modern looking, the hotel itself looks like a 1970s build.
You can buy light refreshments on site from the bar, so for those times you just want a bottle of water, a chocolate bar or packet of crisps you do not need to leave the hotel.
You can also buy some of the toiletries and sundry items (including phone cables) we all forget at times from reception, this was so useful.
I would stay here again without hesitation.
I have not marked them down for this but the toilet was not freshly flushed and there was some hair in my bath on arrival. I’m sure this was an oversight by staff.

Yet again great stay in this hotel best part I asked if the air con could be turned on so the room was cold when we got there but instead they put a air con unit in the room so thank you guys and as always room was very clean and tidy keep up the great work guys

Brilliant. Nice hotel with bus station next door and train station 10 minutes walk away. Main shopping area within a couple of minutes walk.
