Ive stayed here over the last few weeks for work . The staff are amazing and a real credit to the hotel . Lorriane at breakfast brings such a joy to the dullest of morning . 100% will return the rooms are clean and comfey with aircon

The staff at this location were the highlight of my family and my stay. Lorraine was absolutely wonderful and taking care of all of our needs. Her laugh made everyone's day. Amanda was lovely too and took good care of us all.
Food was delicious and fresh (I have allergies which were catered to, and my father is a retired chef)
Rooms were spotless.

Stayed here recently for a business trip and was very impressed by the service received. I was given a warm welcome at check in, in the morning after a night shift. The room was immaculate and the Do Not Disturb was well respected. In the evening we were kept entertained by Dan at the bar and reception who was most receptive to our requests. All in all this has been an excellent stay.

Stayed here with a number of work partners and have to say was very impressed with the service, food and manners of staff. Comfy, clean and well equipped room and I'll actually be rebooking future work gatherings at this hotel.

I had a great stay at the hotel, and would happily stay again in the future. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfy and staff was lovely and very helpful. Everything you want whilst on your trip, definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking to stay.

I had a great stay at the IHG hotel in Preston. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable and the overall service was excellent. The location was convenient, breakfast offered plenty of choice and the hotel provided everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

I am impressed with the hotel! What a convenient location in the city centre with plenty of local pubs, restaurants and cafes near by. I came here on a business trip and it is one of the nicer hotels my work have put me in. The staff were all lovely and helpful and the rooms were nice and clean

I chose this hotel due to the positive reviews. And it has lived up to it, especially the great service from the staff.
They have been wonderful, helpful and friendly. I especially would like to mention Rony at the bar. We had a lovely conversation.

Das Hotel ist in einem alten Gebäudeblock und wurde in den letzten Jahren renoviert. Die Zimmer wirken allerdings immer noch veraltet und eng, die alten Fenster lassen sich nur schwer und nicht weit öffnen, das Bad verfügt nur über eine Wannendusche und wirkt auch sonst nicht sehr hochwertig saniert. Der Hotelparkplatz ist oft komplett gefüllt oder es sind nur noch schwer erreichbare und enge Parklücken frei. Ansonsten ist das Hotel zentral gelegen in der Nähe zu Busbahnhof und Bahnhof.

This place became my second home for when I was working away from home and honestly never felt so welcomed then here.
All the staff were fantastic and friendly and would welcome me by name and recognise me when I arrived every week, the rooms were nice and clean, the restaurant served excellent food and overall the best hotel I had the privilege staying in and I have stayed in a lot hotels aswell as working in them!
A huge thank you to everyone at Holiday Inn Preston and thank you for making my time here so amazing. If I am ever back in Preston this would be my first choice to stay

Position is strategic next to the bus station. Rooms are ok, quiet but bed is not comfy. Breakfast is quite good.

Really excellent, friendly staff. But the facilities are very tired and desperately need a upgrade. Very little car parking. Intercom broken (for weeks!), so even getting in late evenings is an annoyance.
