Went for a Training Course. Whoever is responsible for the cleaning deserves a special mention. Absolutely spotless. The meal we had at lunchtime was delicious. Presentation, quantity and taste was phenomenal

Excellent facility for meetings and courses, Amanda and her team met all ours needs with a professional and attentive service. If you are looking for a course or meeting space I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn.

My stay at Holiday Inn Preston was satisfactory overall. The location is convenient and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my visit. Check-in was straightforward, and the hotel generally felt clean and well-managed.
However, some areas could benefit from improvement. The room was comfortable but felt a little dated, and certain aspects of the stay didn't quite meet the standards I would expect. The food was acceptable, although the menu choices and quality could be improved.
Overall, it was an average experience. Nothing was particularly disappointing, but nothing stood out as exceptional either. A decent option for a short stay, but there is room for improvement.

Lovely friendly welcome after a long journey. Amazing looking Hotel, very spacious and clean. Room excellent and clean. Clean modern bathroom. Evening meal basic, but excellent. Breakfast perfect, inc full English with runny eggs. Couldn’t have asked for more. Hope I get to visit again 👌🏻

Stayed here with my family recently and honestly had such a lovely experience. We were all really impressed from the moment we checked in, as the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
The hotel itself was really clean, comfortable, and had a nice relaxed atmosphere. Our rooms were spotless and the beds were super comfy, which is always the main thing for me when staying somewhere. Everything felt well looked after and it made the whole stay really easy and enjoyable.
Breakfast was also great with loads of choice, and it was nice that everyone in my family could find something they liked. The location was really convenient too.

We have just back from a lovely night away. All of the staff members were friendly and welcoming. Good food. Lovely gesture from Sarah housekeeper on 3rd floor. My niece loved her cute duck called Julie, very kind gesture. Made us both smile. We got to meet Sarah to thank her for her kindness.

Fantastic experience for my first stay at a Holiday Inn. Here for business and will definitely be back, nice clean modern rooms, nice little gym, fantastic food served at breakfast and dinner with plenty of choices and overall the staff have been fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming especially Lorraine at breakfast who was a pleasure to see every morning!

The location isn't great for this hotel and parking is a bit of a nightmare not enough spots for rooms....but he staff are amazing so welcoming , Amanda, Sean, Lorraine Maria on the desk is incredible Sam on a afternoon, James at Breakfast, Tess too, they are all great and a absolute credit to you they have made our stay so much more better wishing us look as we leave ❤️

The hotel is a great place to eat and stay the food is top quality. Service is excellent particularly from Dyan and Jess who were very professional and very easy to get on with well done 👍 very nice people, as with all the staff and management would highly recommend this hotel and would most definitely come back again.

Nice place to stay while you are in Preston walking distance from city centre staff are good and accommodating you but depends on their mood and like and dislike twin beds are good but very small if you get room on road view then night could be uneasy little noisey as windows got old glazed which are unable to stop traffic noise but overall this place is good for stay

We've stayed here several times and have more nights booked, as it's next door to Preston bus station where we pick up our coach to go on cruises.
The staff are brilliant every time we've stayed and this visit was no different. Sam on reception was very welcoming, friendly and helpful and when we asked for a quiet room at the back of the hotel was happy to oblige. Jess in the bar was equally as friendly, welcoming and helpful and both staff members are a real credit to the company. The bedroom was very clean, quiet and nice and cool and we had a comfy night's sleep.
Highly recommend this hotel but it's the staff who make the experience.
