I have probably stayed at this hotel over 100 nights over the past 4 years.
The one thing that has always stood out is the exceptional and tentative staff. They will always go out of their way to help you in anyway they can. Nothing is ever too much bother.
The breakfast is nothing short of amazing and is one of my favourites amongst all hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
The bar staff are just brilliant especially after a hard days work, they more than often always ask how I am and are genuinely caring and considerate. I would like call out Kamila who is one of the hotel’s absolute superstars.

The staff and service was amazing! Our team was very pleased by the catering provided for our event and the attention and thoroughness of all the staff members we encountered. However, some of the rooms' air conditioning units simply did not work properly, which affected the sleep quality of some of our team. When we mentioned it to the staff, they did what they could, but it seems new A/C units could be beneficial.

We booked a meeting room at the Hub Holiday Inn, Preston. Amanda greeted us on arrival and showed us to our meeting room, explained the facilities, refreshments etc. Another great meeting booking. A superb location with modern smart facilities. Top notch service from Amanda and team as usual. Thoroughly recommended and we will return soon. Thank you to the HI team at Preston.

This hotel was a cute little find on our way to Greta on the green area. We arrived Manchester early and wanted a place to stay in between and this town and hotel ended up working out. They have a nice bar and breakfast area. Lots of food choices - and good service. The rooms are modern enough with good air con - this was a hot time for the UK so it was perfect. The most standout person at this property was Laura. She is the front desk manager and her skills show thru well. She was very attentive and professional even when dealing with another customer who was trying to talk to her while she was working to check me in. She handled it well. This location is a short walk from the high streets with shops and services as one would expect. Overall we had a nice stay in Preston - a cute little town. Would come back to this area again in the future.

Excellent stay at the Holiday Inn in Preston. Huge shout out to the service team - at check in, in the bar and at breakfast - incredibly friendly and welcoming. Very clean and comfortable room for a one night business trip.

Stayed here one night with a coach party. The room was very clean and comfortable. The dinner was just ok but the waiting staff were excellent! Thank you to Ash and Ronnie (Ash especially). Breakfast was good. I'd stay again if I was in the area.

I visited whilst falling ill with a flu. The staff on reception, the bar and housekeeping have all been wonderful. One gent from the bar team even helped me buy some lemsip.
The burgers and pizzas are really good, and breakfast is a great selection.

Superb location to the town and public transport - bus station. Beds were very comfortable and room clean. Air con in the room and instructions on how to use were excellent & worked very efficiently.
Having the option of a bath in the room was a luxury and plenty of hot water was available.
A over the bath Shower was also available.
Staff were helpful & very friendly.
Food served to the group was adequate and different to the menu that was served to other guests from the main hotel menu.
Overall impressed at the standard and enjoyed the overnight stay.
I was with a group of travellers on a coach tour so cannot comment on the price as it was included in the overall tour costing.
Would def recommend or stay again if in the area.,

Stopped off for an hour before going for a job interviw and needed a quick lunch and a change of shirt. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and the fish and chips exceded my expectations. Keep it up everyone.

Overnight coach trip stay. Room excellent. Service in bar & restaurant very good & friendly. Had a 3 course meal which was adequate. However there was a limited choice left for a dessert at the end of the meal.

Right in the heart of town, easy to walk to from the train station. Close to main streets and food options, everything is walkable!
