Top Chef From Beijing Joins Han Chinese Restaurant In Market Harborough

We, at Han Cuisine, are delighted to introduce our New Head Chef, Mr Wu Ye Chu.

Along with our chef Han to head our team at Han Chinese Restaurant in St. Mmary's Road Market Harborough.
Before arriving at Market Harborough, Mr Wu worked as Head Chef at the Jade Village Restaurant in Tianjin, near Beijing.

 It is highly regarded as the top restaurant
and located in the prestigious part of the city.
Mr Wu worked there for 7 years overlooking a team of 80 chefs.

Among his many responsibilites, he was mostly noted for his ability to maintain very high quality and creating delicious new Chinese speciality dishes.

He has been highly recommended for his cooking skills and knowledge.
Born in Guangdon province, his love of cooking lead him to travel, building his foundation in the field and gaining experiences in different regions of China.

In 1998, he was appointed Head Chef in Hefei, then moved on to Tianjin..


No doubt, with his enthusiasm and ability, will contribute and add to our already happy cheerful team.

We are putting together a new menu to include all the fantastic new Chinese speciality dishes from our new chef to compliment our existing speciality Han dishes and banquets.
