Why Your Review Really Matters (Especially Now)
In today’s tough retail climate, a kind word can go a long way — especially when it comes to supporting our local businesses. Many shops, tradespeople, and service providers are doing everything they can just to stay afloat, all while continuing to provide top-quality service to their communities. If you’ve received great service from a local business lately, why not shout about it?
That's what Anne did last month. She enjoyed a lovely meal with friends at EVEREST LOUNGE Indian & Nepalese Restaurant in Market Harborough and showed her appreciation by leaving a review of her experience by completing a 'bestof' review card.
Now at the bestof, we pull out all the customer reviews left each month ACROSS THE COUNTRY, sometimes in excess of 3,000 reviews, and one lucky winner is drawn independently to win a £100 voucher to spend at any bestof recommended local business.
Anne's review was randomly picked out and I, along with Everest Lounge owner Pradip Karanjit had the pleasure of presenting Anne with her £100 voucher last week, which she has chosen to spend once again at Everest Lounge!
Needless to say, Anne was thrilled with her winning saying "I never win anything, so this is really exciting - thank you so much".
