Lichfield, Burntwood and Rugeley people are being urged to help make St Giles Hospice’s annual TreeCycle campaign next January (2022) the most successful yet.
Lichfield Garrick Theatre is once again working with businesses to help families and young people who are suffering bereavement, illness, or trauma attend its festive events this Christmas. Sponsored tickets will be distributed to deserving people by local charities.
Two volunteers with learning disabilities have won a special award for their work on a pioneering end of life care and bereavement project at St Giles Hospice.
Lichfield has been recognised for its work to become a safe and supportive city for those living with Dementia. It has been recognised by the charity Alzheimer’s Society as ‘Working to Become Dementia Friendly’ for 2021.
Adventurers with a head for heights can enjoy a bird’s eye view of Birmingham as they raise money for St Giles Hospice on an abseil challenge next month.
