I love these sessions! They are always really well thought out so you always know what the benefit is going to be. It really feels like practicing rather than being expected to be perfect. It means my yoga has come on leaps and bounds!

Also when I have missed sessions due to illness it is lovely to be checked in on, it adds to a feeling of a really nurturing space.

I’ve been doing Susan’s foundation yoga classes for a couple of months now, I’m really enjoying it. I had a broken bone in my ankle earlier in the year and Susan has helped with my recovery and strengthening my ankle. I have also tried the Yin yoga which I also enjoyed. Because it’s on zoom you can do it in your pj’s I would highly recommend Susan’s classes.

I've never done anything like this before so was feeling a bit nervous...I didn't need to be, I felt so welcomed by Susan it put my mind at ease straight away. I felt no pressure to put my camera on, the choice was completely mine. Susan explained each yoga position, I found it really interesting to understand why each one was important and what impact it would have on my body. I used to practice yoga by using YouTube but more often than not found myself missing sessions because I was "too busy" Having these sessions on Zoom means I stick to a routine and can still practice in the comfort of my own home...I can keep the camera off, wear my pj's, do my yoga stretch with a lovely, friendly & knowledgeable instructor then grab a hot chocolate and head straight to bed for a blissful nights sleep. Thanks so much Susan :)

Joined for my first ever yoga class. Was made to feel very welcome. Susan was fabulous at explaining the moves and what part of the body it was working. Really appreciated how Susan took the time to show how to adapt the moves to match your capabilities. I loved the relaxation at the end, really good experience and will book some more classes

With so much yoga on offer out there it was great to find Susan’s classes that are focused on mindfulness and wellbeing. It’s exactly what I was looking for. Susan is a great instructor and her classes are easy to follow and not at all intimidating. The price point for classes is also very reasonable. Loved the yin yoga especially. Highly recommend +++++

I have always wanted to practice yoga regularly, but just never have made the time. These online sessions are perfect for me to start my yoga journey, without having to travel anywhere.
The yin yoga sessions have completely changed my attitude and allowed me to concentrate on calming my mind and being in the present, which has helped me throughout my whole week!

I look forward weekly to them and the blissful night sleep after!

The Wellbeing and Wellness sessions are great for anyone who wants to practice yoga and mindfulness. The online classes are easy to access and are great for anyone with some or no experience of yoga.

I haven’t practised yoga for many years and I didn’t think I would have the time now (I work full time and have 2 young children- there is always something I could be doing other than investing in myself!) but the fact that the session is on zoom really works for me. It’s an hour of my time (no journey time) where I can genuinely spend on improving myself and my well being. The session is perfectly timed. The instructor makes you feel at ease immediately and once it’s over, I drink a huge glass of water and slip into bed. I then have the best nights sleep! The timings for the yin session mean that each pose (for me) feels exaggerated- so I am forced to spend time calming my mind and focusing on myself and my thoughts and feelings. Usually, I want to get tasks done as quickly as possible so that I can move on to the next- these sessions have taught me to pause, reflect and reevaluate my health and well-being. I don’t know how I have been managing up until now. It doesn’t feel like too big of a statement to say these sessions are changing my life for the better.

Wellbeing and wellness yoga sessions have been great. Susan has helped me gain strength in my leg after I broke it.
I would definitely recommend Susan’s yoga sessions, her instructions and demonstrations of the moves are clear.

I love my online yoga classes with Susan. She is great managing the needs of beginners & giving others the chance to try new moves.
I love the short meditation session at the end, always ensure a good night sleep.
