We go every other week for our cheeses, we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else as I’ve never seen a selection like it, keep up the good work
We had Louise to do a gin party at home for us and our friends, it way surpassed my expectations and have since had another, it’s a great experience and Louise is the perfect host and makes sure everyone has a good time 😊

Excellent shop with a huge variety of produce, a cheese lovers heaven, if you’ve not visited here it should be on your bucket list and Louise is always on hand to help tickle those taste buds.
These ladies really do make you feel so welcome, I have attended a couple of their events now and it’s such a relaxed, informative and fun experience. Nothing is ever too much trouble, love this place.
We had an absolutely brilliant night at mine for my birthday hosted by Lou at the gin barn. It was amazing to try so many different gin and tonics everyone absolutely loved it would definitely recommend and 100% do this again!!! Great great night Thankyou
Fantastic service, I rang for a last minute gift and they created a perfect hamper. It looked beautiful, had exactly what we wanted in it and was a great price. The recipient loved it as it catered for their dietary needs. I was able to browse in the shop when I collected it the next day...and also chose some beer, cider and condiments for ourselves. Good to see so many local products in one place.

I’m a regular customer of the cheese, gin and ale barn and absolutely love this place. The tasting nights I’ve attended have been super, the customer service is always second to none and the knowledge of the staff is outstanding. This is one of the best examples of a small business I’ve seen! They make everything count. Well done ladies.
I’ve been going to Lou’s shop since she was in Middleton, I’m glad she has move and been able to expand her business, I can’t help but treat myself evertime I pop in.

We visited this lovely shop just before Christmas and what a lovely addition to Lichfield, it’s so nice to see someone so passionate about supporting British produce, it was very inviting and the ladies could teach people a thing or two about how to look after customers, keep up the good work ladies.
My wife and I attended one of the cheese and gin evenings, we were totally unsure of what to expect but were more than pleasantly surprised with the whole experience, I couldn’t believe how many fantastic cheeses there were in Britain and how good gin could really be, I would definitely go again.
We had our first cheese platter on a recommendation from a friend, well put it this way I’ll never look a cheese platter in the same way again, it was amazing the selection was so vast and delicious thank you
What I love about this place is that every time I come there is something new, I have a particular interest in craft ales and there is always something I haven’t tried, there is always help and advice on hand should you need it. Great little business

I booked The Cheese, Gin and Ale Barn for a gin and cheese tasting evening as a business networking event. The evening was a great success for many reasons....the shop was a fantastic venue, a great space for the event. Louise was very relaxed and talked us through the gins and cheeses we were tasting. Her knowledge was fantastic and her enthusiasm was infectious. The variety in the store was amazing too. An absolute gem.
I really enjoyed myself with friends at the gin and cheese evening. The lady that lead the event was really pleasant, easy company and was very knowledgeable about the gins! There was about 8 different gins with mixers, and a large range of cheeses and crackers. There was time to purchase these and other products at the end, but this wasn't pushed on us.The shop was very well stocked with fab products and a very pretty setting.
I had always thought all gin tasted the same so our Gin and Cheese tasting evening was an eye opener for me-i left feeling quite the expert! Cheeses here are beautiful- I love this place- so friendly and such a great selection of lovely stuff to buy. Got some wonderful Christmas hampers from here too. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
A fabulous enjoyable evening that was so informative. I would feel sure that everyone would find a gin that suited them if Louise was in charge. Well worth the money
Recently discuvered this little gem. So many choice of gin, wine, cheese etc we didnt know where to start but the lovely lady was on hand to help and let us taste some of the different options. I enjoyed the visit that much a popped back a few days later. I will continue to support this quality business and wish them the best of luck.

A fantastic shop selling the highest quality - and sometimes quirky! - items! Customer service is excellent, Louise knows every product on the shelves and as such is able to give great advice as to what to match with what. A true gem of a shop - added to by the parties and theme nights they offer.
We had some amazing hampers for Christmas from Louise and her team, nothing is ever too much trouble as you can pick a theme or choose what you would like to go in them. Thank you
