We have attended the 'Puppy Parties' at Pool House Vets and the vet nurses have been so friendly and knowledgeable; a very helpful service for all new dog owners. The vets we have seen have been excellent. :)

I have had all my animals treated by this veterinary practice since 1994. The service they (and I) have received has always been first class. The highest professional standards, combined with courtesy, compassion and genuine care exceed all expectations. Would thoroughly recommend.

Receptionists are accommodating with appointments and sensitive to your personal needs. The vets show they care about your pet's problems and do their utmost to reassure you. The hospital is manned all weekend, so if your pet has to stay in you can talk to a person actually looking after them. Nothing is too much trouble.

Bank holiday weekend my SBT puppy Peppa had 3 fits and was convulsing I really thought we were going to lose her, but Lauren was fantastic and Peppa made a full recovery.

I recently had to use the services of Pool House when my Labrador was very suddenly taken ill. Overnight he went from being a very fit dog, to critically ill. The vets and nurses at Pool House provide outstanding care from the first time they saw him. Not only did they save the life of my beloved pet , but provided support to us, always keeping us informed of his progress, and patiently explaining any procedures/treatments they had to undertake. I really cannot recommend them highly enough.
