I cannot thank the staff at pool house enough in the way they cared for our beloved Weimaraner Chelsea. I am so grateful for their care and understanding both Vets and nurses and receptionists who understood how we felt when Chelsea was ill and when we had to make the last hard decision they came to our house where Chelsea was relaxed and were just fabulous x best vets around thank you x

The staff here are truly amazing. They really helped us through a horrid time when our cat layla was hit by a car. Not that I want to visit again soon but it'll be the first place I turn to if I need to.

They rescued a hedgehog I found in my garden covered in ticks. Thank you for being so lovely and kind to a creature so small, covered in fleas and ticks and unwell!
