Just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff at pool house vets who went above and beyond to care for our little pup. Words can not express how thankful we are for all that you did whilst she was in your care, and for making us feel so welcome with the dozens of phone calls we made to see how she was progressing after having an operation for removing an obstruction. Brilliant practice who do a fantastic job and go above and beyond expectations. Definitely recommend.

Brilliant, had to take our dog last Sunday with a split paw, put our minds at rest immediately knowing our dog was being looked after and made better, would reccomend to any pet owner, also good insurance policy for your pet, you just never know when you're going to need it

First time at the vets for my dog Lola.Was expecting a difficult and embarrassing time<br>Lola is not the friendliest dog around my fault entirely completely spoilt.I can say because of the staff it turned out to be a happy experience for both of us.Thanks to everyone involved especially Zoe and Katie.

Previously rated 5 stars by myself I can only add an additional testament to the dedication and care of the staff at Pool House. In a bizarre emergency today with our pet Cavalier, involving practically all of the staff, I witnessed first hand how very professional and truly decent they are. Naturally sceptical and cynical I always wonder, but they were genuinely awesome. They would honestly sacrifice anything (I kid you not) for the sake of your pet. Thank you so very much for inconveniencing yourselves beyond all expectations today. As a family who will always have dogs we shall continue to be customers for life.

Chester our lovely Sprocker dog decided to eat Santa’s mince pie that was left on the hearth (he left the port and carrot😂). As we knew the raisins and sultanas were toxic we had no choice but to get him to the vets asap. So at 1am Christmas morning I was sat in the waiting area as our dog was given an injection to allow him to bring up the contents of his stomach.<br>The staff at the veterinary were fantastic, reassuring me all the time. 5* service!
