First class service, appointment on time - no waiting -. From the start of the treatment in their care of injections to fitting of the microchip did not give my 10 week old 'border' pup any discomfort. This, and previous to my other now adult 'border' gives me confidence in recommending Pool House Veterinary Hospital.

Jenny and Alex brilliant our border collie has had 4 major ops in about 18 months ,sasha is a very challenging dog and I am sure they would agree,they have treated her so well and she is now making excellent progress they are very professional .she has issues but they still treat her with kindness and compassion couldn't get better.she still hates vets but they make it as easy as poss for her and us thank you both brilliant vets.

Pool House Vets are the greatest and I have been taking my pets to them for longer than I can remember! My dog had surgery last week and was hospitalised for two days. She received the best care from Alex who operated on her and the nursing team who cared for her all through the day and night. It is very comforting to know that there is always someone there with your pet at all times to nurse them and give them some tlc. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and I would recommend Pool House to anyone who wants the best for their pets.
