all of my pets go to the burntwood hospital or lichfield. Had both dogs put to sleep the last had bone cancer 18.8.18.
These vets always have the interest of the animal 1st, and have always been fantastic i lived 310miles away and still had them, for me I would never used another practice or hospital. I only have 2 old cats left now and when it's there time lichfield here we come, the staff are lovely and remember you and your pet. When I get old and go off my legs I wouldn't mind these putting me to sleep.

so friendly they made our 14 1/2 year old Cocker spaniel be healthy to the best of their skills which was just Mega! for all those years staff are all fantastic and Ian Thomas right to the end of our Dogs life was Amazing ! he even came in to save the day on his day off to help put our lovely Girl safely to sleep! He is our Hero! All the staff made the final stage bearable and emotionally supported us through!!

First visit yesterday unfortunately not great circumstances. Staff were first class and treated Josh with diginity and compassion, they were brilliant with us during this horrible time.

For many years this practice looked after my cat, she just appeared one day like an Angel when I needed her and that became her name, also mine😁 I am Nanny Angel to my grandchildren. She lived and loved me for many years and together with Pool House who got me her passport, we also lived in Spain. We eventually came home and when health determined she needed to go, the people at Pool House where the ones who I relied on to help me through a heart breaking process. On a personal basis my (adopted daughter 💕) Nicola Rickus now works for this practice and her heart along with all of her colleagues is about the total care of our beloved loved ones. I could not recommend this practice more highly, Love Nanny Angel xxx
