My Pomerania was having puppies and in the middle of the night she still hadn’t gave birth so we phoned pool house vet and the took her in and gave her a Caesarean section saving my Pomerania and her babies lives

Consistant Friendly Vets who I have visited with my dogs over a period of 12 Years. Always Efficient visits with helpful advice and Guidance. Regular reminders for due visits are so useful` Reception always very helpfu. Have recommended to many dog owners.

They are amazing. I breed standard poodles and they have been there for me 24 hours a day. I cannot state how wonderful they are and have come to me when I needed them to resure me all the pups and mom are ok . To have such a great team always there is a lot of my mind as my dogs are my babies and like children they can go poorly in the middle of the night so to have them on the other end of the line is totally amazing. Thank you you have been there for me and my fur crew xx

My cat had a blocked bladder and got rushed in as an emergency. They looked after him really well and even gave me updates of how he was doing while in hospitalisation. I didn’t think he would survive when I left him but he is doing amazingly well. He visits Sophie often to have his bloods done and checked. They absolutely go the extra mile these amazing staff do. I wouldn’t go to any other vets. Sophie is excellent at putting my mind at rest and the other staff giving me advice and tips to help my cat. Thank you to everyone who goes the extra mile. I know mj really appreciates it and is doing really well thanks to you all.

Pool House are great. From the minute I walk in to the minute I leave I feel welcome, supported and totally at ease at uneasy times. I’ve had to use their 24hr out of hours service a few times for my naughty dogs and they’ve always been great with them. I couldn’t recommend Pool House enough!
