My cat had a blocked bladder and got rushed in as an emergency. They looked after him really well and even gave me updates of how he was doing while in hospitalisation. I didn’t think he would survive when I left him but he is doing amazingly well. He visits Sophie often to have his bloods done and checked. They absolutely go the extra mile these amazing staff do. I wouldn’t go to any other vets. Sophie is excellent at putting my mind at rest and the other staff giving me advice and tips to help my cat. Thank you to everyone who goes the extra mile. I know mj really appreciates it and is doing really well thanks to you all.

Pool House are great. From the minute I walk in to the minute I leave I feel welcome, supported and totally at ease at uneasy times. I’ve had to use their 24hr out of hours service a few times for my naughty dogs and they’ve always been great with them. I couldn’t recommend Pool House enough!

We bought our poorly cat to Pool House Hospital in Lichfield because it was our out of hours option of our usual vets and were blown away with their compassonat care so much so when we brought a puppy 3 months later we moved both cats and the puppy to them.....they give me so much piece of mind knowing they will always be there x

Pool House give an excellent service for the local community. I have been going there for years and would never go anywhere else now.
All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
Of course most important of all, they are brilliant with the animals. Taking a pet to the vets is a stressful experience, for us as well as them! The vets are always kind and patient, calming for both.

Have used Pool House for many years, both the Lichfield hospital and Armitage branch surgery. Without exception have always received prompt, efficient and compassionate care from all members of their team , both day and night. Their response to emergencies and wildlife rescues has been just as good. I know I can always trust their advice and care to be in the animals best interests and wouldn’t use anywhere else.
