I moved from Nottingham to Burntwood only having been under one vet 34 years ago. My cats are 19 so was worried about them under a new vet, but after a recommendation to Pool House am very happy with the practice and how they look after my pets. 1st Class.

All my family have always gone to Pool House and now I do too. My cats are everything to me, and I trust them completely with them. Staff are patient, kind and helpful. Always explain things clearly, take time with your pet and answer any questions you have. Would never go anywhere else.

Fantastic service from Pool House Vet Hospital. Performed a laporoscopic spay on my 14 month old Springador yesterday. She has woken up this morning and it is as though nothing has happened, amazing service and fantastic procedure well worth considering and thank you to Jamie who performed her operation who was knowledgable, professional and clearly skilled.

We recently got our first puppy and chose Pool House as our vets. They were great with our pup for her vaccinations and they run brilliant little puppy socialisation classes which has really helped. The staff are friendly and helpful.
