this vets is so good, that i moved my dog back to them after changing to a different vets when we moved an hour away. it's a long drive however, they are SO personable, not pushy, thorough and we've not met one rude member of staff yet. they have also given me so much time over the phone when I've had worries with my boy late at night. my boy actually loves going to the vets!

Pool House in Lichfield treated our dog as an emergency late at night. Their care for her and dealing with our anxiety and concern for her were second to none.

I cannot speak more highly of Molly and the team at Pool House Vets in Lichfield. Sadly our beautiful dog Rusty was diagnosed recently with cancer and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to have him put to sleep. We arranged for Molly to visit our home as Rusty didnt like going to the vets. All the arrangements were made and he passed away in his own home very peacefully and surrounded by his family, along with Molly who he had got to know over the previous weeks. Molly and the team were incredibly patient with us, very caring and understanding during the difficult times and I would highly recommend PHV. Afterwards, we received a card, his ashes and even had a phone call from Molly seeing if we were Ok 3 weeks later. Of course it was devastating having to let him go but PHV made that decision and the actual event much more bearable by being so kind and understanding.
