They’re facilities are brilliant My dog is incredibly nervous of the vets and has even bitten a nurse before so we were nervous to take her there again for both parties but they were so lovely and she now goes for “vet therapy” with Gemma who has always been so good We particularly enjoy Pool House as they are all so lovely

Always very polite and helpful. Can take any animal and are always very professional and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. From the reception staff to the vets I have always felt my animals have the best of care.

Always great service. The reception staff at Burntwood are kind, helpful and very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. My dog actually pulls to get in to see everyone! 🐶🐾

Have been registered with Pool House for 35 years. They are a 24/7 emergency hospital and I feel assured that my pets will be safely cared for at any time of day or night. Friendly Reception Team and Vets that I trust.

After being told my dogs tumour was inoperable, Pool House took his case on the tumour has been removed and my dog has a chance of living a few more years thanks to them having the skilled staffs to carry out complicated surgery with care and concern for the animals and their owners .

The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodate your needs and requirements no matter how big or small Always supportive and do their darnest you help fix problems, illness and issues from reception, to nurses and vets can’t recommend and thank Pool House enough and they do deserve this!

I can't rate Poll House Vets highly enough! We have been there so many times this last three weeks with our poorly dog and the care and attention have been fantastic. He ended up having to have a big operation and our vet Katie kept ringing us with all the latest information to keep us informed as to what was happening every step of the way. We feel really well looked after cared for and even when our appointment was over running due to an emergency coming in before us, we were constantly asked if we were ok to wait by the receptionists ( we wanted to wait rather than see a different vet) and brought tea whilst we were waiting. The whole team really are wonderful and friendly and it makes what can be a very stressful situation, much nicer to deal with in such a lovely environment. So reassuring to know our dog had care overnight too and that someone is always available at the end of the phone when we bought him home and needed some advice at night. Thank you to everyone!

ALways used pool house vets,great service but more so when they looked after my little girl pug Ella who at the age of 6 sudenly started to have fits,she was then diagnosed wite PDE ,PDE is when the immune system is attacking the brain causing painful inflammation,but they were quick to acted and we got her stable with meds,after a mri scan it was confirmed PDE,but my little girl kept fighting to be here,she had various meds and chemo to surpress the disease and bloods taken every 4 to 6 weeks, She ended up having about 5 relapese,but pool house vet katie new how to look after her,At time of diagnoses they said she would only live for aprox 2 weeks to 6 months,But she kept fighting and with the help and care from pool house she gave us and lived another four years,but she gave up the fight on 12/11/19 :( i carnt thank pool house vets and Katie the vet enough for the time and care they took in looking after x rip ella x
