Excellent vets have used for over 20 years . Their compassion and care is second to none . Staff and vets are all so nice and friendly and have the animals best interest at heart . I recently had to have my lovely dog put to sleep and they went above and beyond to enable us to be with him . I can’t thank them enough for the care they have given my pets over the years wouldn’t use any other vets . I have several vets near my home but choose to drive about 15 miles because there are no comparisons .

My boy had a four site ligament snip to treat kissing spines done at pool house. The wound was exceptionally neat, my horse was the happiest I've seen him in a long time as a result of the treatment. The communication was great, advise and my boy was happy.

We had to visit this practice out of hours with our 15 year old Staffie, in an emergency as our usual vets were closed.
Obviously due to current distancing restrictions we were unable to go into the practice.
We were a little anxious due to our dogs age, however the Vet we saw was so helpful, caring and professional. She didn't rush our dog and explained everything to us.

The team at Poolhouse are outstanding and professional - from the reception staff to the veterinary surgeons! Our pony has recently has a big lymphoma removed and the service received has been amazing - so professional, the communication has been excellent!!!! Wilson has been so comfortable and cared for sooo well! Thank you Marco & Francesca - you have both been amazing !!!! Xx and thank you Lea for updating me on Wilson’s recovery on a daily basis x

Dog had a vaccination. Good covid control measures in place. Vet was very good with our dog who can be quite nervous.

Very helpful and friendly staff, found a lost cat in my area and took it straight to them. Were able to check for a microchip and were done in minutes!
