The Best vets I've ever had the pleasure to use, After moving from another vets, Pool house have been amazing, going above and beyond to take care of our 2 dogs, Finneghan was sick just after lockdown and he is a little timid, but he was great so well looked after, he got well very quickly thanks to you all, And Rosie our pomchi she needed an operation on her leg which turned out to be more than we were told from our first vet, Jamie was totally amazing he sorted her perfectly, the staff kept us up to date with her progress and looked after her amazingly, she is getting better and better so quickly and walking like nothing had happened, So thank you Pool house you have an awesome team of talented professional staff who really care about the wellbeing of animals

What can i say but amazing service during a bank holiday monday and a pandemic! Our boy Button was very poorly but they diagnosed him quickly and after visiting his own vet with the info they passed on he is back to full on cuteness! Cheers guys

We took our beautiful little boy here knowing his time was coming to an end as our own vets emergency out of hours recommendation only had 2 stars. I'm so glad we did, he was only there for an hour or so, but the staff were wonderfully kind and respectful. As you would expect it was a truly heartbreaking experience but I'm able to rest a bit knowing we, and the staff at pool house, did our absolute best for the boy up until his last moment. Bless you all for the kindness you showed in such a short space of time and thank you for making the hardest goodbye a tiny bit easier. Xx
