More than recommended this B&B. Beverley is so welcoming and her kindness. I have been renting her "Stable Room" during the last 2-3 months, every Tuesday night, and always in perfectly conditions. Including her breakfast: full English breakfast or any kind of eggs preparation you want to. Always grateful with her during my working period in Oundle. Best wishes in the future.

Have stayed at Pear Tree Farm about 12 times over the last 2yrs as we were relocating from Yorkshire , made to feel so welcome every time , the breakfast is superb every time , always warm and cosy in the winter , thank-you Beverly and Tim and Lucy for making our very stressfull move more bearable

Everything was perfect except for temperature! Central heating have been disabled for the night and we had about 16 deg C in our room for whole night :/
