I booked a room the day before and stayed one night in the main house. I called to make the booking and got a better room rate than any of the online booking sites.
The room was large with a comfy bed and the usual amenities, tea/coffee/tv etc. This is a working farm however there was no excessive noise over night.
The cooked breakfast was fantastic.
Beverley was so friendly and helpful; I will hopefully stay here in the future.

I stayed one night on my own in The Gearhouse which I booked directly by ringing the farm and speaking with Beverley. She could not have been more helpful or more welcoming. The room was spotless, comfy, and - for such a low cost (which included the delicious and generous breakfast) - was amazing value. It's a fully active farm in the middle of a lovely village. Highly recommended! Check out the website for an indication of how she tries to think of everything her guests might need.

Absolutely beautiful area. On arrival we mentioned to our hosts we had had a few issues with our car. And they straight away offered help. Even to go as far as take us out for tea and pick us back up later ❤️. Loved it.

We had an excellent stay here! Beverly was very warm and the we enjoyed the breakfast. Aldwincle is a great village and it’s always a great experience to stay on a working farm. A quintessential country b&b.

Such a warm welcome and room had everything we needed. Shower was lovely and beds had sheets and covers which was nice ! Location is very peaceful. Breakfast in the main farmhouse was lovely. Very friendly and would definitely book again.

Highly recommend this lovely place! Was able to bring my dog and we enjoyed some super walks at the nearby Titchmarsh Nature Reserve. This is a working farm and we received a warm welcome - and superb cooked breakfast - from Beverley our hostess. Nice warm cosy comfy room with everything we needed. The purpose of my visit was to visit a relative in the general area but there is plenty to do and see round and about; the guesthouse is situated in the beautiful Nene valley with lots of footpaths and some wonderfully picturesque villages made out of the beautiful sandy-coloured Northamptonshire stone. I think I've left part of my heart in this beautiful place and it was hard having to leave it and return home! ..... will certainly stay here again if am ever needing to come to this part of the UK again.

Gelegen in einem wunderschönen, kleinen Dörfchen liegt die Peartree Farm. Die Begrüßung ist herzlich und die Zimmer sind sauber, die Betten sehr bequem und alles ist vorhanden was man braucht. Das Frühstück ist toll und die Bewirtung vom Besten 😍 Wir durften die Frühlingslämmer füttern und haben unseren Aufenthalt mit einem Spaziergang zur Kirche beendet. Ich kann nur empfehlen hier zu nächtigen. Wer abends essen gehen möchte findet in unmittelbarer Nähe einen Pub (Fox). Immer wieder gerne.
