I have now used BTN Automotive three times recently — for two services and an MOT — and I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment you arrive, the team are professional, friendly, and completely transparent about the work being carried out. Communication throughout was excellent. , with everything explained clearly and no hidden costs.

The car was returned in excellent condition every time, with the work completed promptly and to a very high standard. Always a great experience with these guys. They look after your car, complete work to a high standard and can be trusted not to surprise you with any shock bills.
In trades like Mechanics, you have to rely on the word of the people doing the work to your car. And I can truly say their word is solid.
Competitive pricing which might be slightly more than others but it comes with the peace of mind that the job has been done to the highest standard.

I have used BTN a few times now. I have a Mercedes and am very selective as to where I take it, and BTN exceeded expectation. Friendly, welcoming, immaculate site. Work carried out on my car quickly and efficiently every time. Not patronising because I am female, as many garages can be. Highly recommend.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff, my dad took his Jaguar XJ in for a service and they looked after him and the car and kept him up to date about everything that was needed and doing, he asked for a quote for my F-Pace full service and brake fluid change on my behalf whilst he was there and they gave him a quote on his invoice to give to me, very well priced! Took my car for a service and did everything that was needed, also did the digital records for me as well. Will use again for my future services and MOTs. 100% recommend for anyone JLR vehicles.

I am new to the area and searched for a Landrover approved garage to service my LR Discovery as well as doing its 1st MOT. From the first time I made contact with this company, I felt at ease.
