Really positive experience here. Had an issue with my mini the guys communicated with me regularly and kept me updated. They were really helpful with everything. Nothing was too much trouble even when I had a warranty issue they were there on hand to help. Its rare to find a decent garage with honest hard working genuine people but these guys were brilliant. Highly recommend

Always very helpful. I've had good service and advice when planning future work. Can do your MOT as well. Closer than my nearest BMW dealership which is also helpful. They are able to update the official service record with BMW.

I had my Skoda Octavia vRS MOT'd back in April and it raised some alarm bells so after trial and error from a trusted mechanic, the bad news was confirmed - new steering rack required.<br><br>They recommended BTN to me as my local German Car Specialists, and to anyone who requires specialist work on their car, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.<br><br>BTN managed to fit me in as soon as they could, ordered me a genuine, brand new part and were friendly and professional throughout the whole process.<br><br>I can't thank the team enough, 10/10!

These guys are very professional and do a great job at a very reasonable price. They have serviced, MOTed abd repaired my car for a few years now and are always a pleasure to deal with. All the staff are very polite, professional and as a single female I feel they are very respectful and never patronising which is so refreshing.<br>These guys always go the extra mile and are always so lovely to me (and my car!)

Currently doing the MOT on my Galaxy. I’ve been coming here for a while now and, tbh, I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else. Excellent staff, pleasant waiting area and the prices are reasonable. It’s very difficult these days to find a reputable, friendly garage with mechanics/diagnostics you can trust…that’s why I’m staying put. Sorry guys, you're going to be doing the repairs/servicing/MOTs on my cars for the foreseeable future…

I've used BTN twice now for repairs to my 5 series, both times they've been excellent. Staff are friendly, they communicate well, the work is good, with both faults diagnosed and fixed properly first time. Prices are reasonable, definitely more cost effective than the main dealer.
