I've used BTN twice now for repairs to my 5 series, both times they've been excellent. Staff are friendly, they communicate well, the work is good, with both faults diagnosed and fixed properly first time. Prices are reasonable, definitely more cost effective than the main dealer.

Great service, very clean waiting area, also with being a lady it's hard to find a garage that welcomes you and talks to you as a person but this is one of them.
Although the drop off service was not available at the time of visit, due to shortage of staff, they did offer to arrange a taxi for me.
