I had my car in with a garage I trusted after it developed an electrical fault. They had the car for 4 months, charged me near on £700, and didn't fix the issue. I contacted the team here and they got me in the following Tuesday, found the fault by Thursday, had the part arrive a week later from Germany, and had the issue sorted. They called me every afternoon with an update, were incredibly polite, proficient and friendly and extremely fair with their pricing (charged me about half what the other garage did for a successful result!). They even kindly kept the car for me for an extra 5 days as I was moving house and very, very busy. This honestly is a 5* service, I cannot fault them about any step of the process and I am one happy Z3 owner!

Excellent garage to deal with unlike the complete clueless cockwombles @ Feakins of Kettering...had the car for a blown glow plug, over 9 weeks, stripped it down and left in a corner with the bonnet ajar, water into ecu etc, and bolts etc just strewn across engine bay when collected...COWBOYS.<br>Now Richard's, total professional outfit, phoned me literally an hour after car was transported to them, explained everything that had happened even took photos for me, car returned within 3 weeks, got called by them, never had to chase every week with update...I did say, I wasn't in a rush to get it back, just fix it...and they did, brilliantly runs perfect<br>Feakins quoted £5k with replacement cylinder head for a simple rebore of cylinder and replacement glow plugs.<br>Richard's did the repair plus rebuild after receiving the engine literally in bits from those CLOWNS @ FEAKINS for 2k.<br>Avery Happy customer and will be a returning one. 5* Service.

I am really pleased with the service I received at BTN. The garage is easy to find with plenty of parking. We were greeted by the friendly staff for an efficient handover.<br>I was notified the car was ready later on. Again an efficient service when I collected my car. Great value for money .
