Knowledgeable, diligent and professional. I took my M4 for brake fluid change after BMW themselves did one but the pedal still felt soft.
These guys did a proper job and advised on the condition of the rear calipers. Brakes feel great now.

This is one of the hidden gems professional friendly team members who will help with anything you need never say you need this or that just to make money. I found them afew years ago and wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my cars.(BMW X5 JAGUAR XF RANGE ROVER)

I had my car in with a garage I trusted after it developed an electrical fault. They had the car for 4 months, charged me near on £700, and didn't fix the issue. I contacted the team here and they got me in the following Tuesday, found the fault by Thursday, had the part arrive a week later from Germany, and had the issue sorted. They called me every afternoon with an update, were incredibly polite, proficient and friendly and extremely fair with their pricing (charged me about half what the other garage did for a successful result!). They even kindly kept the car for me for an extra 5 days as I was moving house and very, very busy. This honestly is a 5* service, I cannot fault them about any step of the process and I am one happy Z3 owner!
