I've been a few times and this time I visited with my Mum. Durell is a lovely Zoo with beautiful grounds & trees. Conservation of the species is so important and long may it continue!

This is a beautiful zoo and you can tell that there is love and passion for the animals welfare.
The staff are so lovely, a big shout out to Adam who we met on the ferry over. Him and a colleague were bringing an animal from Whipsnade zoo. I can't remember what it was now!
There are lots of fun things for little children including a fabulous play park with sand pits etc.
The food there is very good, but there are lots of picnic benches too for packed lunches.

It's Abaolutly fantastic. 1 of the things I really wanted to do whilst on the island, it's fantastic. Quiet a bit was closed, but it's just going into their off peak and getting everything repaired and ready for next summer. I would certainly recommend it.
I went for the gerrald durrel bit, and there was plenty to read and see. It is fantastic and a wonderful display of animals.

Thought I'd done so many zoos over the years that this would be boring but it is a great one! Perfect size. Animals all have lovely spacious enclosures. Interesting seeing Gerald Durrell story. Great charity shop too!!

Schöner kleiner Zoo. Es wird viel wert auf den Erhalt gefährderter Tierarten gelegt. Deswegen war der Preis gerechtfertigt. Eher etwas zu teuer. Einige Gehege und Wege werden aktuell renoviert.
Die Fotoausstellung war sehr schön. Insgesamt ein ganz schöner Zoo.

Zoo nice enough but unlike most other zoos with big cats, elephants, giraffes ect, jersey has none of them. Though it is more a zoo for endangered animals rather than crowd pulling animals. Though the orangutans and gorillas are very popular

Small but enjoyable zoo, set in pleasant surroundings. Not too busy when we visited. Unfortunately, some of the animals were a bit shy that day.

Lovely Zoo. Compact, so it is easy to get around. You need to time you visit and go to the enclosures at feeding time or when the keepers are giving a talk, otherwise you may not see many of the animals.

A very big zoo with a lot of areas that you can enter to feel immersed in the wildlife. All the animals seem very happy and you can often see them interact with both eachother and the visitors. The animal talks scheduled through the day offer a lot of interesting information, and the staff are all super friendly. The zoo can easily take you 3-4 hours or more, especially if you want to see everything, and the cafe food is very nice. Highly recommended for both families and friends.

Nice place to wander round. Some enclosures were closed. Each visitor talk only happens once a day and there wasn't much time to get between some of them. The talks were good though. Good choice of food in cafes and not busy.

Lovely stay at the Zoo! Only things we thought might be a nice extra touch were blankets for outside and maybe moving the picnic benches to the green area in the middle of the tents to encourage socialising.

Best zoo I've been to, most of the enclosures seem to have creatures you can see, the butterfly house is nothing like like I've experienced before.
